Artist Statement
For me, the landscape is a perfect metaphor for the complexities of human life. There is chaos and order, and within that, a perfection that is difficult to comprehend. We are a part of nature and yet often feel so separate. The vast and seemingly infinite skies offer me an opportunity to express a range of emotional states as well as the infinite reality of our true self. The self that is intimately connected to all life.
